Apple Market Meat Department
We proudly present our "old fashioned butcher shop" where you can walk right up to any of our five very experienced butchers and get what you want the way you want it. The pictures show some of the items available and how they look when expertly cut. Whether it is a standing rib roast for twelve people, a peeled and tied tenderloin, a crown pork roast or a two and a half inch porterhouse we've got that covered. Our hamburger is always only ground on premises from roasts and steak cuts, never frozen and never from the institutional tubes the big stores get. If you have a special request or just need cooking instructions, call our meat department.
